Received a call today in the morning from number 3152945699 from a person named Charles green saying that he is calling from a lawsuit company and that they are filing a lawsuit against me for a payday loan, that I have"nt paid off and that they tried contacting me 31 times and sent me number of emails. And now they are sending cops tomorrow to pick me up. And asked me pay comments,786.00 in 60 minutes if I don"t want to get arrested, they also had my whole information everything. Otherwise they will be sending cops tomorrow to pick me up. I got really scared, then I called my local police department and they said that it"s a crime. But somehow the scammers again called me by cloning the police department phone number saying that they received a subpoena to arrest me because of the lawsuit filed against me and that he is discharging the team of police officers to pick me up either from my home or my place of work but when I asked him about the info so I can go to the police department and ask for the info, the guy said there is no need to go to the police which again scared me to death then I again called the police department regarding the same problem and the lady representative told me that they are trying to spoof me using the number. But then I discussed this matter with my father he told me to go an consult a sheriff personally. So I went to an officer and told him everything that happened, the officer said I can double check everything for you and he did there was no record of any arrest warrant as well as said since I haven"t received any written documents in advance it"s all a scam. The officer also told me that the department never calls in advance as well as there is no male representative for the calls. I am greatly thankful to the union city police department to help me get through this gut wrenching scam. All I want is this number to be reported to the FBI and to stop this scam once and for all

Got call yesterday and didn"t answer and was cumputerized message telling me to contact them. They called again and sounded like some kind of middle eastern accent telling me there was warrant for my arrest because of tax evasion or something. I had gotten a call like this about a year or so ago so I knew it was a scam so I went along with them and wasted as much of their time as I could. Evidently they knew my address because they wanted to confirm it and I told them to tell me what it was and they did. Said I owed over 00 in back taxes and was going to contact my local authorities to handcuff and arrest me. I just asked what could I do to resolve and they wanted payment to keep it from going to court. They kept trying to to get my SS # and I said for them to call it out to me if they knew it. Left a digitized voice message saying was a call from the local authorities. Problem is, this number is from New York, and I live 1000 miles from there, so the "local" authorities aren"t looking for me. Total scam number!!
