Identified themselves as David Jones - had a hindu inflected english accent; possibly 20-30 yrs - male. I challenged their name and asked for genealogical name origination. They avoided question saying they were referred by Community Disability Providers; wanted to know if the reason I"m not working is due to my disability. Asked them for the referral info and who gave them access to my confidential health information in violation of HIPPA (not disabled) - they hung up.

calling for another person, couldn"t hardly understand him. calling about my disability benefits. When I told him i couldn"t understand him and my name wasn"t ***, he said what is your name. I told him I wasn"t given him my name, but it wasn"t *** and that i am not on disability. He just wanted to keep on talking.. It took me 4 times to get him off the call with me and told him to remove my number from his list.

I received a call from 339-209-1397. It was a guy with an Indian or Middle Eastern accent. I couldn"t understand the name of the company from whom he was calling. He asked me if anyone in my household needed Social Security Disability benefits. (My husband is already on it but I didn"t tell him that.) I said No so he asked me if there was anyone disabled in my household, like he already knew and didn"t understand my answer. I said that was none of his business and I didn"t even know who he was. He said he was not from the Social Security Administration and he just wanted to help get benefits. He proceeded to tell me he was going to submit an application for "him". I asked who he was talking about because I didn"t say there was anyone disabled in my home. He backtracked and asked again. I don"t remember what I said after that but I hung up. He must have a list of numbers for those who have disabilities so he can pull off a scam.

Calls multiple times a day 5 or 6 days per week. When they do talk, caller has what I believe is an East Indian accent but gives typical American names such as Peter, Jason, Mark, Tom and say they are responding to my request for help getting Social Security Disability. I have never asked for help from them or anyone else as I am not disabled! Despite multiple requests to have my number removed from their call list, I continue to receive annoying, life interrupting calls. I"d really like to be able to push a button and blue up their phone, computer, whatever it takes to stop this insanity. I have ill family members who I care for and so many times I"ve just gotten them too rest or sleep when another of these calls come in and disturbs one or all three of sick family members.. What can I do to make this stop? No wonder people are flying off the handle and killing people.... It"s surely not right but I can now better understand how it can happen! Thank God I"m a level headed, law abiding citizen.

Claimed to be offering social security disability claim assistance. I asked what company they were with and the person stated they were with: Citizens Disability Originally called from # (339) 209-1397 and I blocked it and then they called back the next day with the (877) 531-3242 #. When I asked how they got my email, address, deceased parents names and my # , their answer was "Don"t worry about that" after them asking for both my mothers maiden name and father"s middle name I ended the call.
