Claimed to be irs tax year 2012 to 2017 said they tryed in 2017 to leave a certified letter said they took a photo of it for evidence when I asked why would u leave it in 2017 if its tax year 2017 they started using the f bomb on me called me ignorant and I asked them to verify my last 4 on social security number and they refused they said I would be arrested in 72 hours wanted me to give them money over the phone then hung up on my when they knew I was on to them

Oh, yea, the IRS is after me! I wished I could get a human on the phone so I could reserve them a place in Hell. I pressed 7 on my phone to dump the call, but that invokes a male voice stating that someone would be right with me, but then they disconnected. I just reported in the the Attorney General"s Office at my state capitol. My college buddy is the assistant attorney general with this administration. Do people actually fall for this BS? Hope not.

This phone number left an animated message on my voicemail saying they were the IRS and then issued a warrant for my arrest so I needed to call them ASAP. Who makes this stuff up and why would anybody respond. The IRS would send you snail mail long before they would place a call to you.

Robo-call claiming to be from the IRS, threatening me with seizure of my property and assets and will issue a warrant for my arrest if I don"t return the call. I returned the call that was answered by a woman who said "IRS, how can I help you.and I said "I"m no fool, I"m filing a complaint with the Ohio Attorney General"s Office." She hung up. I did have some issues with my tax return for 2017 but the real IRS got it all squared away and settled it and to our benefit as we got a bigger refund than anticipated. The IRS will never call you. If they intend to, they will send you a letter first!

This number sent me a group text with one other number and me. I did not recognize the other number either, which was (347) 816-0388. The text sent a link for supposed free products from Amazon. The text read, “See worthy find, Rebecca It seems like something youd appreciate bopbiq.co,:;EE0bWqw.” It also had a picture that said, “Free Stuff,” next to a shopping bag with “Amazon” written on it.
I blocked my number and tried to call both numbers. This number the text came from (323) 775-7100, went straight to a message that said, “This number has not setup their voicemail,” and hung up. When I called the other number that was part of the group (347) 816-0388, a lady answered and said hello, but I just hung up. I blocked both numbers and did not click on the link.
