My experience is much the same as everyone else"s. However, I only had a partial message on my cell phone, since the robocaller does not know to wait for the beep! Here"s what she said:

"...you will be taken under custody by the local police, as there are four serious allegations pressed on your name at this moment. We would request you get back to us so that we can discuss about this case before taking any legal action against you. The number to reach us is 580-453-4147. I repeat, 580-453-4147. Thank you."

Voicemail message left. It was a robo recording with the very first few seconds unintelligible and the rest saying something about my file expiring and that if I don"t call them back that local law enforcement would take me in because the are four serious allegations (or it could"ve been "more serious allegations") pressed against me.
