i did call and am super skeptic about stuff like this. i just moved in and had so many of these final notices. i set up an appt for the only reason that they did not ask for a credit card. they offer water filters (of course theres a hook to something thats free) but at least i received a gift card after the presentation . i should just call all these other places and rack up my gift cards

received the same postcard to the house i just bough last week! i called the #.. just because i thought it was house related... went straight to music.. i hung up.. and now three days later i get a call back from a different #951-208-6326.. asking about me calling them before and they want my full name address and parcel #. I traced the 951# and it is registered to a AQUA PRO ELITE~.. im assuming its for telemarketing purposes.. dont bother with the card

I received 2 post cards just 5 days after I bought a house! I haven"t even moved in yet, and the post cards look like they have photocopied printing on them, and my name and address is on an address sticker. I think that because this is not sent by the US Post Office, that it must not be a very important package. I"m not even going to respond.

I received the same post card one week after I purchased my new home. I too had not moved in! The women who answered the phone asked me if I received a pink card or a white card? apparently because I live in a gated community the what card told her that. She said that the parcel was a gift card and a three day free overnight trip but that they needed to present it in person. I told her I would call back when I moved in.... but I"m not going to call. I should have known not to call now that I look at this post card it is not at al from the post office. I actually thought it was something important that the escrow company sent to me.... live and learn!

I know what the post cards are.

At my business, we had a company call asking us to advertise with them.

Not sure how, but they get a list of all properties purchased and have a person go there with a basket that has special offers and coupons.

They tell their advertisers that they hand-deliver all baskets, so thats why they leave the post card.

Got this number on a really dodgy postcard received on 4/19/2013 that reads:

Has a 33-cent stamp, no return address. Bears a strong resemblance to a Nigerian scam. I"m surprised it didn"t tell me the courier was waiting at the airport lol
