I got a call from Investigation Unit stating I have a civil complaint against me and I have 24 to 48hrs to have an attorney call. They also left claim number/affidavit number and to call 803-656-0787. They tell you to show your attorney the number to show cause contains a restraining order. That you have 24 to 84 hours. They are harassing me.

Well i got the call they told me same as above a court case against me the lady said i should of been served but when asked address they have po bo for the city i am in now but the city and state i have not lived in since 2002. she was rude stated i was trying to avoid court and was 00.00 for a US BANK and i have never had a bank account with them they kep telling me my last 4 digits of ss# being rude and saying well then this is you explained i have been under identity theft and she told me i was a lie i am so mad at this situation i am at worka dn they are calling me with some stuff but i am worried about how much of my information they have due to they have it all the way mixed up but what can be done to make sure that i am not being scammed or so forth. has anyone else got information about this.

I received a call and I didn’t recognize the number so I didn’t pick it up. I got a second call on from the same number.
This time they left a message. The message was from a machine saying my name and it is a civil investigations unit about a complaint being filed against me.
They give you a claim number/affidavit number. I have been named a respondent in a court action and I have must appear. Then they give you the phone number 803-656-0787.
They tell you to show your attorney the number to show cause contains a restraining order and you have 24hrs to respond. Thank you and good Luck.
This is a credit collection company! They are third party trying to get money on a bill I paid 6 years ago. They just keep selling my account so it never ends even though I paid it.

Received several calls from this number saying I had an order to show cause and restraing order and had to respond in 23-48 hrs. by myself or an Attorney. I called the number and spoke with a famale who said I owed 00.00 to Household bank in 2009 which I never had a credit card with. The sad thing about it was she had my SS, address, phone number and said I had to pay now or accept their legal services as a register letter was already sent to me. I never received anything and asked her to resend. She got inpatient and hung up.

I received the same nonsense call and have filed a compaint with the NC Atty General Office. I called the number and actually spoke to a person...who said lots of luck when I told them I was filing a complaint and trying to mend their scam. Oct 1, 2013

This number sent me a group text with one other number and me. I did not recognize the other number either, which was (347) 816-0388. The text sent a link for supposed free products from Amazon. The text read, “See worthy find, Rebecca It seems like something youd appreciate bopbiq.co,:;EE0bWqw.” It also had a picture that said, “Free Stuff,” next to a shopping bag with “Amazon” written on it.
I blocked my number and tried to call both numbers. This number the text came from (323) 775-7100, went straight to a message that said, “This number has not setup their voicemail,” and hung up. When I called the other number that was part of the group (347) 816-0388, a lady answered and said hello, but I just hung up. I blocked both numbers and did not click on the link.
