Another Michigan call from (586)200-0161. Answered the phone and there was no one there. They called my house a few months ago and asked me to give money. I told them I would check and see if they were legit before I would send any money. They sent an invoice anyway which I promptly threw out after research led me to believe it was a scam. I have since turned off my house phone because of these people and hundreds of other c**p callers. Now they are calling my office from 2 or 3 different Michigan numbers at all different times of the day and night. Not sure if it"s a coincidence or if they tracked me down here. Either way, they will never see a dime of my money.

Just got a call from BC Fin they do make it sound like on behalf of breast cancer
" I"m so glad you answered the phone I"m so tired of getting answering machines" is how the friendly sounding woman began
I politely listened and she was going to mail me envelopes for donations
I declined and hung up
Glad I did! I had no idea it was a scam

They are calling Northern Virginia area using a different number: 434-485-0272. The name still comes up BC Fin Assist. When I answered, a woman asked for my husband by his first name. I replied that he was not available, could I please take a message. Dead silence after that. I didn"t hear the disconnect, but they must have hung up. I have blocked their number now.

This "Womens Cancer" number called yesterday as 603-574-4927-Alstead, NH, blocked it. Today. called again with 603-499-7541-Keene, NH, as reported here. Womens Cancer, on caller ID, blocked that number also. I love my new phone (AT&T) that has blocking options. My phone company Fairpoint Communications doesn"t have Nomorobo installed within their phone service yet. So my phone blocking will have to do till then.

I"m an actual BC patient, currently in trearmenr, got a call from BC Fin Assist at 8:20 pm. I answered thinking it might be related to billing and insurance. When they asked to speak to "the lady of the house," I snarled "don"t call this number ever again." I had a few moments of doubt so tried *69. Wouldn"t go through. Found this site and am glad I looked. With the skyrocketing rates of BC these people ought to be ashamed.

A number was traced on our caller ID for Cedar Rapids, IA @ 319-774-4539. When I did a reverse phone lookup, it came up as the owner of that number being a landline and BC Finn Assist. I did not answer and they hung up on the machine.
