Some lady called me from a blocked number and told me that she works for the county and asked me to call this number 1-877-280-8579 and when i called, they were very rude and ask me to give them my personal phone number. They already knew my last 4 digit of my SSN and told me that i had a lawsuit against me because i owe wellsfargo because of the overdrawn. I never ever had wellsfargo checking acount and that"s how i know it is a SCAM. VERY ANNOYING!

Very professional scam artists portraying 3rd party debt collectors. I didn"t provide any of my information, but they were able to confirm my address, drivers license and the last for digits of my SSN. They indicated I had outstanding medical debt from 2012 which charged off in 2015 for HEALTH MANAGEMENT ASSOCIATES. This is when figured out it was a scam. I"ve never been ill enough for that high of a medical bill or to see specialists other than my primary doc. But how did they get my personal info????

I had the same experience, someone said it was a bank debt. I don"t use that bank. they had info from public records so it sounded legit but they couldn"t give me the bank dates or account numbers or their name. just kept threatening to see me in court in thirty days, kept wanting to settle the account . gave me three choices.

Someone named Kylie Madison claiming that they were calling from DDS a delivery service from a NO CALLER ID said they were a call center so she would call me back after I called 1-877-280-8579 because she didn’t want me signing for papers that weren’t mine and that they had 2 failed deliveries. She knew my name birthday and address but she couldn’t give me her number. Also gave me a Ref number. I knew she was lying because someone has been home everyday for the past few months and then I saw this number online as a scam and I know I don’t owe anything

This number sent me a group text with one other number and me. I did not recognize the other number either, which was (347) 816-0388. The text sent a link for supposed free products from Amazon. The text read, “See worthy find, Rebecca It seems like something youd appreciate bopbiq.co,:;EE0bWqw.” It also had a picture that said, “Free Stuff,” next to a shopping bag with “Amazon” written on it.
I blocked my number and tried to call both numbers. This number the text came from (323) 775-7100, went straight to a message that said, “This number has not setup their voicemail,” and hung up. When I called the other number that was part of the group (347) 816-0388, a lady answered and said hello, but I just hung up. I blocked both numbers and did not click on the link.
