Who calls from 9562558974

I received a text message last week saying I owed money and a law suite had been filed in my name. Then today I got another text saying a warrant had been issued in my name. I knew this was a scam due to the wording of the text. I decided to Google the phone number and then I saw all these messages from other victims of this scam!!!

said that i have an arrest warrant pending for an absurd amount of $

This foreign man said he was calling about my windows computer.

I received the following email. I did some digging and these people are frauds.

You are hereby notified that a lawsuit has been filed against you for three serious allegations. Speedy Cash is a client of ours, and we are going to be representing them in future legal proceedings.

1) Violation of federal banking regulations.
2) Collateral check fraud
3) Theft by deception.

The affidavit states that you went online utilizing your personal information which was track down by anti-fraud department, in order to solicit funds from a website which is owned & operated by CASH NET USA who owns & operates more than 350 websites, web portals (Ace Cash, Speedy cash, Cash, CashNetUSA, Check City, Check "n Go, Advance America, Lend Up, Wonga, Speedy Cash, Credit On Demand, 100DayLoans, NetLoanUSA, Lend Up & Go.) & sub lenders working for them. When your creditor attempted to extract the funds from your checking account, all six EFT were returned constituting worthless electronic check.

As of today rather than chasing you for money Cash NET USA has simply decided to write this money as loss & declared to be stolen by you & want to press legal charges on you & on your Social security number.

Your creditor will be in contact with your current employer & the state credit bureau to garnish your pay checks until the total amount gets paid back to your creditor in full with the interest amount & the late payment charges.

Your Credit score will hit by negative 185 points & your driver’s license will get blocked.

You do have right to hire an attorney, if you don’t have one or you can not afford to have one that shall be appointed to you by the Federal Court, but make sure you have someone to who can bail you out once you lose this case in the county court.

After you lose the case in the Federal Court then the legal charges will be levied upon you that would be more than 9000.00 which will be including you attorney charges, bail charges, Federal Court fees & the amount that you owe to your creditor for the amount of 0.00 included let fees and rate of interest.

As of today we have notified you about the charges so that we can generate a court date for you with an arrest warrant against you.

You have a still option for OOCR (Out of court restitution) So call us as soon as possible we can accept only full payment.

As of today if you are willing to settle it off the court than you can surely revert a positive response at the earliest.

I have no idea how they got my phone number, it was scary... but after read all of the comments here, I"m glad... thank you for posting your comments guys!

I just got the same message ( email ) from what I read about.

saying I owe lots of money, the debt that was unpaid... I wondered whether they were a legit debt collector or not.... Glad I found your comments here guys, your information really helped me a lot.

I got an email saying that they are going to garnish my paycheck and block my drover license. That I have to pay or they"re going to take me to court.

Received the below email. Pretty sure it"s a load of c**p. Reporting to the fraud Bureau. Glad you guys have all posted!

Received the same email stating a warrant would be out for me tomorrow thank God for google.. These ppl need to stop.. emails texting and with my right social and info had me thinking dam did I take out a loan lol. Just watch your bank accounts everyone..

Said I had a ,000.00 loan and they are issuing a warrant tomorrow. Total scam needs to be reported to Authorities.

Said that they were going to press legal charges on me, garnish my wages, and issue a warrant for my arrest. This is a HUGE SCAM!!! Wouldn"t tell me who the creditor was. I received nothing in the mail about anything like this. Just receiving threatening emails!

Said I took out a loan from Speedy Cash of 9,700 will issue a warrant if I don"t pay it back

Received an email threatening me...said I received funds?!! I called the number on the email and some man with heavy accent answered. I could not understand him so I hung up.

Got an email saying I should settle the debt I have with someone, I don"t know who. Said an arrest warrant would be issued and they would contact my employer to garnish my wages.
This guy needs to get a real job and leave people along.

Thank you! I would have called back the number if it"s not for your report! I"m lucky I remember this website right before I call this number. I will report this number to police for fraud attempt. I will also forward the number to FTC.
