This is a robo call. You can always tell if you pick up and say nothing (your voice activates the line to whoever is manning the phone. If you do not speak, the line goes dead in about 10-15 seconds

My wife called the number left and after giving my name they wanted the last 4 of my social which she refused to give. I called the number and talked to Sarah. She said they don"t do civil summons so they don"t know who or what I am calling about. The name on my voicemail was Lindsey Cook not Rachel Cook. Sarah said she doesn"t know anybody by that name. She said they deal with finance there but never gave me the name of the business. A summons would come from the court and they wouldn"t call you to tell you. Something phishy about this.
