I received a call from this number. They offering to set a device in my HVAC unit to regulate power consumption during peak hours that will reduce my electricity bill. That person claimed to be an agent of the company that install the device and it will work for duke energy. Finally the person on the line start asking personal information, address and even if I have a gate or a fence around the house. Last question that I refuse to answer was “do you keep your gate locked or unlocked because they need to have access To the AC unit”. 32 dollars a year doesn’t seem to be worth it.

This was completely a fraudulent debt as verified by the financial organization LTS claimed it was from. LTS Associates is a fraudulent company. Thanks for giving this information. I also missed 3 calls from this number. I wasn"t notice every time they were calling, because they always called at around 1 am. Based on my experiences, someone who called you at around that time is just scammer, probably calling from abroad. Just beware of these calls, folks.
