A man claiming to be from the Social Security Administration Department, left a voicemail (on 12-17-2018) to call 206-289-0776 as a call back number. This exact same voice/man left a similar message back on 11/20/2018, as well. I called the number back 40 minutes later on 12-17-2018 (from a different land line phone) and the same voice answered the phone. I said, I"m returning your call and voicemail from earlier today. He asks, what time did I receive the call. I say 12:29. He then asks for my name. I respond with, "don"t you know who you called at 12:29 today?" You should be able to tell me who you called or maybe the first 3 numbers of the phone number you dialed at 12:29. He hung up.
