Called and said that I had a felony fraud charge pending regarding a payday loan but I could take care of it today by paying it plus fees. I explained that I have never had a payday loan. They had my SSN and past address. I said that I would check into it. They said that since I would not pay that I have a bond of 00 that I would have to pay to stay out of jail.
