2707750113 Called my cell at 5:40 AM EST (New York time zone) which already lets me know it"s a bunch of BS! I"m not even listening to the VM, delete and block. Figured I would Google the # though and it let me here. So there ya have it folks, don"t sweat it and it"s not illegal to ignore and delete calls. It"s your right.

I received a call from (270) 775-0113. I did not want to ignore this call because it would lead to criminal charges which include avoiding to appear before a Magistrate in Court. I called the number back and a computer responded. I was instructed to call the number (above) to resolve the issue. I called several times. Each call that I made resulted in the number ringing 2 or 3 times, followed by a busy signal. These people (or this person) had me convinced, but when I followed the instructions by calling the number they provided, they were too stupid to carry out the scam. I was scared until I Googled "Social Security Scams" with the phone number and found this website. I hope my comment helps someone NOT GET SCAMMED by these morons, who are too inept and lazy to EVEN CARRY OUT THEIR OWN SCAM. God Bless.

Received a call from this #, didn"t answer cos it says name is unavailable, it says that its from legal dept of ssa re my ss# and to call them to avoid court appearance, and if I do not respond I could be arrested by the magistrate judge. Its a robocall and if that was the case, a live person would be calling and asking for me

A computer voice claims to be investigating me from the SSA regarding my SSN. Since all important communications from the federal government (SSA, IRS, etc.) would come in writing, you should not believe any unsolicited calls on their behalf.

I just received a call from this number as well and it in fact is a robocall which made it somewhat suspicious due to the fact that if something were to happen regarding my social security number then I would have expected to be contacted by an actual person.

This number sent me a group text with one other number and me. I did not recognize the other number either, which was (347) 816-0388. The text sent a link for supposed free products from Amazon. The text read, “See worthy find, Rebecca It seems like something youd appreciate bopbiq.co,:;EE0bWqw.” It also had a picture that said, “Free Stuff,” next to a shopping bag with “Amazon” written on it.
I blocked my number and tried to call both numbers. This number the text came from (323) 775-7100, went straight to a message that said, “This number has not setup their voicemail,” and hung up. When I called the other number that was part of the group (347) 816-0388, a lady answered and said hello, but I just hung up. I blocked both numbers and did not click on the link.
