I have received several threatening voice mails from this number and decided to call them. I asked for their business name, address, business license #, and the name of the person to whom I was speaking. A man (I am guessing he is black) was very defensive and aggressive. He said he did not have to give me any information. I asked him why; if he had nothing to hide he would tell me his name, his company, and his address. He again told me he did not have to. I hung up.

I acually called this number back to get more information and to tell them this is harrasment even if it is a debt owed. They are calling about a payday loan that is 10 years old!! She tells me that since they are getting me on check fraud, that the statute of limitations isn"t valid. Well guess what? I told her i would get back in touch with her and did a little research. A payday Loan is just that, a LOAN. They can not get you on check fraud because check fraud is willingly writing a check knowing the money isn"t in the account at the time of writing it. WELL THEY know AND YOU know the money isn"t in the account which is why the check is POST DATED!! Scam!! If they continue to call I will be reporting them to my consumer affairs atty and adding another notch to my wall of unlawful collection agencies that cannot follow the FCRA and paid ME for violating it

i have also received several calls from this 785
number. Al you need, if you have unlimited outgoing phone service, is to get a "robot calling" device , which will call their number
over-over- and over again , every 3 minutes
24 hrs, a day, untill they get tired of your calls, or their recorder is full. I assure you that they
will remove your number from their data file.
If they complain about your call, get their name and physical address, and post
it here. We, together can shut down this website for everyone.

They called many moons ago and I reported the # to FCC and Scam Alerts. Tried caling number back but its a fast busy signal. Getting sick of the same ladies voice. Its all c**p and it needs to stop! How can we stop these folks from annoying us and possibly taking victims.

I called this number back, spoke with someone named Andrew Stevens, he states that they are an arbitration company who pay locator services to locate someone to collect a debt. He stated that I took out a loan in 2004, and I committed check fraud with the intent to defraud something, when I started asking questions, and asked for their address and telephone number and license number, he gave me a phone number 620-675-0010, he would not give me the address, and stated I didn"t need the business license number because their not the one who"s suing me. I think this place is a scam, and I told them that I was going to report them, he hung up on me.

recording calls my phone all hours of day and night. They want a person we never heard of. They threaten to take that person to court.. there is no way to make them stop!!!!!! I have no money to call their phone #.....so my friend called them and their box is full and nobody can answer. I have received these calls also. Kansas number will call. There is a Richmond number also that these people will use. It is 804-482-9403. Total scam people! Look at the report dates. Mine started last Tuesday, January 20th.

They also call from 6143550110, exact same people! Refuse to give you their company name and information... Ask them for their company name and location, see how quick they get defensive, all they say is "arbitration services" DO NOT GIVE THESE PEOPLE MONEY OR YOUR INFORMATION!! I received the same message as this (calling from the "processing and summons division") - trying to scare me into giving them information by hoping I think I"m being sued. I"ve also gotten this message from another number, and after receiving it 3 times in 3 days, I took the information to our local police department. The officer I spoke with directed it to the investigators, and they put a piece in the local paper about this number and message and told people not to fall for it. I guess they have a new number.

I have been receiving daily voice messages in the last two weeks from 785-227-9403. The callers (male & female voices) They state that the reason for the calls was to notify me that two fraudent charges have been filed against me, in my name and my social security number. They want to me make me aware of my legal rights before I receive the charges at my workplace or at my home address. They want me to call their Legal Department to explain to me my legal rights. They state that once the charges have been served, I will forfeit my legal rights. They state that the Case Number is MNP9262.
