This was after talking to "MSR group" over the phone. The scam is they get you to say "Yes", they record it, and use that as permission to change your long distance to an expensive plan you don"t really agree to. Good thing I keep track of her phone calls when I am home. It took a long time waiting on the phone with Cox Telephone to get this unauthorized scam corrected. MSR Group - or WHOEVER is calling from 402-718-8836 - is NOT a legitimate research or survey company!
