Received same message as above comments. Made return call, and the Indian male who"s English was very poor, told me to contact an attorney and have them call him about a tax fraud lawsuit filed against me. He used three different names before the end of our conversation. My accountant told me that it is a scam. The IRS would not outsource this type of action, and would contact me be mail first, and most likely certified mail. He told me to ignore the message and the number. They are hoping for a cash settlement agreement over the phone for something that isn"t real.

Sun West called this morning, and then in the afternoon saying that I was chosen to receive a content,000.00 Visa gift certificate. I told the girl, that I was really skeptic and I did not believe her. She insisted that it was real and I will receive that in the email.
Then she told me I was also selected to clean my rugs for free. I thanked her and told her I already had my rugs clean, that I was not interested. She hung up.
I am also in the Do not call list, and different companies, telemarketers, hospitals, politicians keep calling every day. I am so sick and tired of this!!

Call your cell phone company. AT&T has a number for you to text the message to so they can flag it as spam and block the number in the future. The text number is 7726. Forward the message to that number and follow the prompts. I"m sure other providers have something similar.
