This is a call from a scammer that hits up dating sights and poses himself as a Funding Manager for a Foreign Investment Company such as Ziga. Ziga has website, beware there is no way to email anyone at that website or obtain investment info. He wines and dines you by email and calls a couple times. He will tell you his wife died and may even roll you in when he says his mother is ill and by the time he gets there she has died without him. he will use many stateside numbers and germany/UK numbers to call you. He will ask that you put your name on some stocks he wants to purchase and then sell on the European Market. he will use words such as Russian Megellan Trade etc.
