This number called my parents claiming to be not s collector for s collection agency , stated he is a lawyer calling to tell me to pay an x*x.xx amount of money or i will be sued for xxxx.xx amount of money , claiming the business name is sobieski and adams law office practice. i have not been able to find anything on the law office nor the town he said his office he was located in. he said he is located right outside of buffalo, ny in west Senca. as far as i see on google maps there is no West Senca city or township, however the is a senca st located in buffalo ny. the gentle man said to me , "you must be confused , "we are not a debt collection company , "we are lawyers handling your case . they stated the county of which i used to live in and an address i used live at 10 years ago. he did not verify to whom he was speaking to or record my phone call until i asked him to . the story kept changing stating what i could not do and basically have no rights to anything, other than setting up payment to him . im not sure if this guy is legit or not ........just be careful ....just saying
