When I answer this call I"m told by an automated system that I"m receiving this call due to my"urgent letter" that I apparently received and to press 1 to speak to someone. I press 1 and am told that there is no one available to take my call and then I"m placed on hold for a really long time and I eventually hang up. They call me continuously and I never get to speak to anyone. And I"ve never received this supposed "urgent letter". Very annoying. I"ve even left a voicemail because if I wait on hold long enough I will eventually get to a voice mail and I"ve left a message asking them to either speak to me about what this is about, leave a voicemail on my machine about what they want, or stop calling me altogether. None of the above ever happens.

When they start calling I"ll get 20-30 calls. They call relentlessly from "813-699-0390 Seffner, FL." I choose to opt out from their calls but they still call. Once they get your number it stays in their system, it seems like forever. My VOIP phone transfers to my cellular.
