Let call go to voicemail as I did not recognize number. Voicemail said something about a cash loan, no company name or agent calling name, left website address, sounded like www.d3500.com, but caller had heavy Indian accent so I"m not sure that is correct as nothing came up under that web address. Through some further web research for other complaints regarding this number, may possibly be www.moneyonthego.com - definitely not a website I have ever visited or signed up on! Have assigned my phone"s blacklist app to send their calls straight to voicemail - if they keep calling will completely block them, but curious to see how many times they call.

They"re saying that I owe back taxes and that they are the criminal division of the IRS. The IRS sends letters for stuff like this and doesn"t call unless you have an existing relationship. If they"re calling your mobile number then use your block feature on your phone and move on. The IRS doesn"t try to collect money this way.

Sounds like a scam - I did a search for "Mike Hall" and found some scam reports. Partial [automated] transcript is strange so maybe he had an accent: "this is Mike calling the department(?) off you get a prayer(?) and I was trying to reach you in regards to the very important issue.
