They said it was the IRS calling and that a warrant for my arrest would go out if i did not pay my back taxes. First of all, i always pay my taxes. Second of all, the IRS will never call you they will only send you notification via mail. This is fraud!

This number is a scam automated caller. They are attempting to collect user"s SS numbers. The IRS does not directly call users threatening court cases against anyone (and if they did...I"m sure they"d use a human that speaks proper English sentences. The sentence structure is spoken as though a non-native speaker typed it into a teletype or something.
