Caller first called me from 911, gave me the number 6467198342 to call. Stated there was a federal warrant out for my arrest and that I needed to call this number before they sent out officers to arrest me. They were speaking with an Indian accent. I called the number and they picked up and hung up. Then a few minutes later the number called my cell back. I told them I"d dialed the wrong number and that I was sorry. They knew who I was, said my name and then began reciting my social security number, drivers license number, my email address etc all correctly. They have my personal information! They asked if this was me and I told them no. Then the man said, "Are you trying to fool me"? I told them I was calling the police and that I"d get back with them.

I re-posted my item on Craigslist and in less than 2 hours, I got another scammer from 909-307-4664 California number, but he wants to pay through PayPal after his agent comes out to look at the items. I looked up this number through whycall.me and same complaints. He gives his name as Robert others say he also uses Frank. Btw I live in Tennessee. Who would be crazy enough to think he wants my used items when he could get them new in California a whole lot cheaper after shipping price.

I got the same call today June 13th 11am. It took me a second to think what the hell he"s talking about. I know I"ve done nothing wrong and why was I getting a call instead of a letter. Even a letter really doesn"t mean much now a days. He said to call due to criminal activity against me and if I can"t call have my lawyer call. I didn"t call I googled and found this.
