Stated they were to take legal action over unpaid payday loan, would not tell the payday loan company or any other details of the loan, only that they have are taking legal action if I did not pay them in full today. I told them I do not have a payday loan and requested this information as to who turned this over to them and why if I had had a loan why they haven"t contacted me themselves. They just continued to say they have been legal authority to collect this loan. They had my name, address and last 4 digits of my social security number.

My minor son received a call from this number (206) 497-9431. They left a hard to understand message other that if the call was not returned he would put out a arrest warrant from IRS and I called back the number and a so called detective answered. I asked the so called detective to verify he was from the IRS. He said “how would you like me to do that”, and that if I wanted him to come to my house right now and arrest me. I said Go ahead and he hung up. I called back and instead of him andwering IRS he said Hello, I said I was gonna report the number and I hung up on him...... its defiantly a scam fishing for personal information and possibly a payment......
