They"re identity thieves and credit card scammers.
Their recorded message is exactly the same as it was on 03 April, 2013, right down to the three digit "claim number 1-5-8".
Don"t bother to press 2 to be removed from their predictive dialer, they won"t. Much better not to answer calls whose Caller ID you don"t recognize.
