It was an obvious scam trying to get me to give them access to my computer. In a heavy Asian accent, he stated that my email had been compromised and at that point I knew it was a scam and told him I was on the do not call list and to never call me again and I was going to report their phone number. When you "google" the phone number, this is happening to many people under different scenarios.

I have answered three times. The first two times the call was instantly disconnected. The third time, the call was 3 seconds long and I could hear loud breathing. They have left 2 voice-mails of static and white noise about 5 seconds long.
Also, when I attempted to call them back immediately after the call disconnected, I was met with the well known automated voice message informing me that this number was no longer in service.
