An unwanted call from this Lompoc VOIP number arrived today. When the call rolled to voice mail, the caller left no message, just dead space. Robocallers (unlawful telemarketers) often use this ploy when trolling the phone lines seeking gullible schmucks to rip off.
This caller is reported to be a scam contractor touting energy savings, so it"s not surprising the website www.whitepages.com describes this number as "scam or fraud."
