This is the absolute worst form of harrassment. High volume calls daily, and sometimes averaging as many as 10-15 within an hour. No response when answered. It should be criminal and it really needs to stop.

This company calls all day and night. Today I finally answered because Im tired of the non stop calls. The representative told me because of my phone usage they are going to lower my long distance per month. I kept asking who she was with and she kept giving a name other than my carrier. I told her if if something thats owed why isnt my carrier contacting me or why isnt it automatically applied to my bill. She insisted that she handles the long distance for the carrier in my area.
I told her I need to confirm with my carrier because I have never heard of this company. The representative was very adament that if I called my carrier they would refer me back to them. I told her I was calling them anyway and they would need to verify what she was saying. Then she was trying to offer to mail me something and I told her not to send me anything if Im interested I will call them. Then she gets smart and says shes trying to mail me something so I can read the informstion. I told her again do not send me anything. I will speak to my provider and go from there.
You can tell it was a scam bc she kept trying to over talk me and she was very pushy and trying to get me to make a change right then and there. If this was a legitimate company she would have welcomed me to contact my carrier for my security.
People please do not provide your information to anyone you do not know.

Very rude telemarketer calledsaying my phone number was "low volume for long distance and you could get a discount". When I said my call volume wasn"t their business, they told me I was rude, so I just hung up. Really grateful our phone has a call block feature; this number has been added.

Tried to cancel my land line, then got another bill a month later, called phone co and was told that it was from long distance company, who "billed a month behind", and I should call Global Crossing at 18004664600 to verify acct was canceled with them, called this and got message that I had to contact "customer service" at 719-471-2265. Never could get through, got message "call can not be completed". big run around
